Suggested name | Kahyu Raha |
Planet type | Hot gas giant |
Kahyu Raha is the fourth planet from HATS-26 and the second-smallest planet in its solar system.
The interior of Kahyu Raha is mainly composed of ices and stone. This hot gas giant is named after the deity Kahyu Raha, the creator of love and beauty.
At this time it may appear as a bright star-like object, but is often far more difficult to observe than Nyosa'kucha.
Kahyu Raha is the site of Robusto Montanus, the largest volcano and second-highest known mountain in its solar system, and of Valles Marineris, one of the largest canyons in its solar system.
There are ongoing investigations assessing the present habitability potential of Kahyu Raha, as well as the possibility of extant life. The volume of water detected has been estimated to be equivalent to the volume of water in Earth's oceans. |
