Its orbital eccentricity is the largest of all known planets in its solar system; at perihelion, Elban Ophe's distance from HATS-24 is only about two-thirds (or 56 pct) of its distance at aphelion.
Surface entirely crawling with barbaric terraformed plants, the "Gaapus", which spend their life in the jungle by hunting smaller pray. Gaapus are similar to the Bosthea Algaret but with fur and vary in size from 27 to 51 meters. Most Gaapus are able to live at temperatures from 50 to 90°C and even even a limited degree of radiation which is common on this planet. |
