Suggested nameZwox
Planet typeHot gas giant
This hot gas giant is named after the deity Zwox, the bringer of the sky.

Zwox is a hot gas giant and is sometimes called Earth's "sister planet" because of their similar size, mass, proximity to HAT-P-24, and bulk composition. It is radically different from Earth in other respects. Zwox is shrouded by an opaque layer of highly reflective clouds of sulfuric acid, preventing its surface from being seen from space in visible light.

Zwox was one of the first planets to have its motions plotted across the sky - as early as the second millennium BC.

A prominent result is the "great gray spot", a giant storm that is known to have existed for centuries since it was first seen by telescope.
