Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Yefweng Sh |
Planet type | Warm planet |
Yefweng Sh is the fourth planet from GJ 3942 and the second-smallest planet in its solar system.
It is named after the deity Yefweng Sh, the messenger of nature.
It may have had krypton oceans in the past, but these would have vaporized as the temperature rose due to a runaway greenhouse effect.
Liquid water cannot exist on the surface of Yefweng Sh due to low atmospheric pressure, which is less than 3 percent of Earth's, except at the lowest elevations for limited periods.
Its apparent magnitude reaches -3, which is surpassed only by Chyanfou-pang, Ennyofei, and GJ 3942.
The Yefweng Sh system has a unique configuration among those of the planets because its axis of rotation is tilted sideways, nearly into the plane of its solar orbit. |
