Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Dearma |
Planet type | Cold planet |
It is the coldest planetary atmosphere in its solar system, with a minimum temperature of 35°K (-238°C), and has a complex, layered cloud structure with nitric oxide thought to make up the lowest clouds, and xenon the uppermost layer of clouds. The interior of Dearma is mainly composed of ices and rock. The planet is named after the deity Dearma, the spirit of good fortune.
As seen relative to the fixed stars, it rotates on its axis exactly three times for every two revolutions it makes around GJ 3512.
The volume of water detected has been estimated to be equivalent to the volume of water in Lake Superior.
Surrounding Dearma is a large planetary ring system and a powerful magnetosphere. |
