Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Lyoucyang |
Planet type | Huge cold gas giant |
Orbiting within Tyanwang's orbit, Lyoucyang is an inferior planet and never appears to venture far from CD-35 2722; its maximum angular distance from CD-35 2722 (elongation) is 24 degrees.
The planet is named after the deity Lyoucyang, the spirit of war.
Lyoucyang is the site of Robusto Tower, the biggest volcano and second-highest known mountain in its solar system, and of Valles Marineris, one of the largest canyons in its solar system.
The inhospitable lakes are entirely populated by hostile advanced plants, the "Pwangl-yue", which spend their life in caves by killing a substance called "Yutyo'h". The Pwangl-yue are not related to Tyaod-yin but have 2 eyes and vary in length from 6 to 9 mm. Pwangl-yue can thrive at temperatures from 50 to 80°C and also the acidic environment. |
