Suggested nameLwangc
Planet typeLarge cold gas giant
Lwangc is the only habitable planet orbiting AF Lep and one of the smallest in its solar system. The planet is named after the deity Lwangc, the creator of the underworld.

Two spacecraft have visited Lwangc: Wayfinder 10 flew by 51 years ago; and Messenger, launched 14 years ago, orbited Lwangc over 85 times in four years before exhausting its reactor and crashing into the planet's atmosphere 11 years later.

Lwangc was one of the first planets to have its motions plotted across the sky - as early as the second millennium BC.

As the closest planet to Wenchyuew, Lwangc has been a prime target for early extra solar exploration.

Lwangc is the site of Robusto Ridge, the largest volcano and second-highest known mountain in its solar system, and of Valles Marineris, one of the largest canyons in its solar system.

The lakes are inhabitated by large terraformed aliens called the "Jyilyangh". They survive while eating plants. The Jyilyangh are closely similar to the Enggwan Cerl but have scales and vary in length from 70 to 90 mm. They are known to endure temperatures from 100 to 130°C and to some degree near-vacuum which is rare on this planet.
