Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Yoxo |
Planet type | Huge cold gas giant |
This huge cold gas giant is named after the deity Yoxo, the bringer of destruction.
Surrounding Yoxo is a thin planetary ring system and a powerful magnetosphere.
In 3178, images from Daedalus 6 showed Yoxo as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other huge cold gas giants. Observations from Earth have shown seasonal change and increased weather activity as Yoxo approached its equinox 7 years ago. |
