Manipulates .srt files as used in the program subresync.exe that comes with VobSub.

Delay subtitles (in seconds):
Timestretch factor (>1 = slower):

(then use "view source" and save it as a .srt file)

NB: .srt files should look something like this when viewed
- notice that it's using time code and not frame numbers:
