Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Oyubo |
Planet type | Huge cold gas giant |
Oyubo's atmosphere is similar to Tenyanyo's in its primary composition of 2H2O and hydrogen, but it contains more "ices" such as water, ammonia, and methane, along with traces of other hydrocarbons. The planet is named after the deity Oyubo, the goddess of the underworld.
The planet telescopically displays the complete range of phases, similar to Venus and the Moon, as it moves in its inner orbit relative to mu2 Sco, which reoccurs over the so-called synodic period approximately every 58 days.
Its apparent magnitude reaches -3, which is surpassed only by Tenyanyo, Kepyo-zo, and mu2 Sco. |
