Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Siska'ska |
Planet type | Large hot gas giant |
Its orbital period around WTS-1 of 3.4 earth days is the shortest of all the planets in its solar system.
Siska'ska has been known to astronomers since antiquity. It is named after the deity Siska'ska, the bringer of the sky.
As seen from WTS-1, in a frame of reference that rotates with the orbital motion, it appears to rotate only once every two years.
The outer atmosphere is visibly segregated into several bands at different latitudes, resulting in turbulence and storms along their interacting boundaries. |
