Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Jarnte-dramis |
Planet type | Hot gas giant |
Having almost no atmosphere to retain heat, it has surface temperatures that vary diurnally more than on any other planet in its solar system, ranging from 130°K (-143°C) at night to 1120°K (847°C) during the day across the equatorial regions.
The lovely oceans are said to have dangerous terraformed dinosaurs, the "Bautiae", that feed by consuming smaller pray if it is available. Bautiae are not similar to the Cunar'hianke and have fur and vary in length from 50 to 110 cm. They are known to survive temperatures from 70 to 90°C and sometimes even a limited degree of radiation which is common on Jarnte-dramis. |
