Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Fennix-ganere |
Planet type | Hot gas giant |
It is the second-brightest natural object in the night sky after Gelcal, reaching an apparent magnitude of -5 - bright enough to cast shadows at night and, sometimes, visible to the naked eye in broad daylight.
It is named after the deity Fennix-ganere, the creator of prosperity.
At this time it may appear as a bright star-like object, but is often far more difficult to observe than Gelcal.
Fennix-ganere can easily be seen from Gelcal with the naked eye, as can its blackish coloring.
Observations from Earth have shown seasonal change and increased weather activity as Fennix-ganere approached its equinox 5 years ago. |
