When viewed from Earth, this proximity to TOI-261 means the planet can only be seen near the western or eastern horizon during the early evening or early morning.

The largest moon, Jogyu Rya, has a diameter greater than that of the planet Jupiter.

The surface of this unfriendly planet is often populated by friendly and primordial dinosaurs known to spend their life in caves by devouring a substance called "Tsuya" if they need to. Most of them are closely similar to the Zegyute Rya and have 2 legs and vary in length from 33 to 40 cm. Pigyuka-wo are known to survive temperatures from 60 to 130°C but are killed by prolonged periods without food which is common on this planet.
