Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Depalne Rerhea |
Planet type | Cold planet |
Depalne Rerhea is similar in composition to Lastar-cisco, and both have different bulk chemical composition from that of the larger cold planets. The planet is named after the deity Depalne Rerhea, the creator of chaos.
Depalne Rerhea's hazy atmosphere make observation of its surface difficult in infrared light, and the first detailed maps did not emerge until the arrival of the Magellan orbiter 30 years ago. Plans have been proposed for rovers or more complex missions, but they are hindered by Depalne Rerhea's strong magnetosphere. |
