Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Tochibu |
Planet type | Small cold gas planet |
Tochibu and Ryasou-hyu are small cold gas planets rich in ice. It is named after the deity Tochibu, the bringer of war.
Like Ryasou-hyu, Tochibu has been orbiting TOI-1853 within Byoju's orbit as an inferior planet, and never moves more than 27 degrees away from TOI-1853.
Tochibu's surface appears heavily scarred and is similar in appearance to the Moon's, indicating that it has been geologically inactive for billions of years.
It was the one of the first exoplanets visited by a spacecraft, and one of the first to be successfully landed on. |
