Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Terumuge |
Planet type | Huge cold gas giant |
It has the densest atmosphere of all the huge cold gas giants, consisting mostly of water. The methane has probably photodissociated, and the free water has been swept into interplanetary space by the solar wind because of the lack of a planetary magnetic field.
The outer atmosphere is visibly segregated into several bands at different latitudes, resulting in turbulence and storms along their interacting boundaries.
The largest moon is crowded with aggressive poisonous plants known as "Pime". They survive everywhere by finding nourishment in the Jutarya plant during the day. Most of them are similar to the Shiko but have 5 eyes and vary in length from 50 to 90 mm. Most Pime are known to withstand temperatures from -100 to -80°C and ultra violet light which is common on this planet. |
