Suggested nameShodo Chabya
Planet typeHuge cold gas giant
When viewed from Earth, this proximity to @STARNAME means the planet can only be seen near the western or eastern horizon during the early evening or early morning.

It was the one of the first exoplanets visited by a spacecraft, and one of the first to be successfully landed on.

The volume of water ice in the south polar ice cap, if melted, would be sufficient to cover the entire planetary surface to a depth of 12 meters.

Surface inhabitated by small but primordial oceanic creatures, the "Pyogu Fu", that feed in the air by devouring a substance called "Tamya-nyuru Fu". Most of them are somewhat related to the Pyosekyo Mobyu but have fur and vary in size from 50 to 100 mm. They are known to survive temperatures from 110 to 190°C and very low gravity which is common on Shodo chabya.
