Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Dyizhyin |
Planet type | Cold planet |
The planet is named after the deity Dyizhyin, the creator of dreams.
When viewed from Earth, this proximity to Kepler-894 means the planet can only be seen near the western or eastern horizon during the early evening or early morning.
Its orbital eccentricity is the largest of all known planets in its solar system; at perihelion, Dyizhyin's distance from Kepler-894 is only about two-thirds (or 79 pct) of its distance at aphelion.
It has the densest atmosphere of the three cold planets, consisting mostly of argon.
The volume of water detected has been estimated to be equivalent to the volume of water in the Black Sea. |
Atmosphere | Argon | 86% |
Molecular hydrogen | 12% |
Methane | 1.6% |
Atmospheric pressure | 50 bar |
|
Moon | Ojouqye-q | Large irregular rocky planetoid |
Wengw-angch-wa | Large slightly egg-shaped ice asteroid |
Yingoup | Medium-sized slightly egg-shaped ice comet |
