Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Aitneso |
Planet type | Large cold gas giant |
Aitneso is the largest and most round planet in its solar system.
It is named after the deity Aitneso, the bringer of fear.
At this time it may appear as a bright star-like object, but is often far more difficult to observe than Hehoemar Dene.
It may have had hydrogen chloride oceans in the past, but these would have vaporized as the temperature rose due to a runaway greenhouse effect.
Aitneso was one of the first planets to have its motions plotted across the sky - as early as the second millennium BC.
The latest probe to visit the planet is Pioneer, which entered into orbit around Aitneso after a challenging trip. |
