Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Wengyoun |
Planet type | Cold planet |
As seen from Kepler-780 A, in a frame of reference that rotates with the orbital motion, it appears to rotate only once every two years.
Because of its rapid rotation, the planet's shape is that of an oblate spheroid (it has a slight but noticeable bulge around the equator).
This place is inhabitated by unreliable primitive bacteria, the "Yuhyaot", that survive hidden in craters by hunting the somewhat smaller "Eiseng". Yuhyaot are related to Gyech'yejyun but have 5 eyes and vary in length from 70 to 120 mm. Yuhyaot can withstand temperatures from 110 to 180°C but are killed by the high radiation level which is rare on this planet. |
