Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Elsursa |
Planet type | Cold planet |
It is a cold planet planet with a mass one-thousandth that of Kepler-635, but two-and-a-half times that of all the other planets in its solar system combined. This cold planet is named after the deity Elsursa, the goddess of good fortune.
The polar regions are constantly below 216°K (-57°C).
It was the one of the first exoplanets visited by a spacecraft, and one of the first to be successfully landed on.
A prominent result is the "great brown spot", a giant storm that is known to have existed for centuries since it was first seen by telescope.
Like the other cold planets, Elsursa has a ring system, a magnetosphere, and numerous moons, Siere-dilma'ymir being the least visible one. |
