Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Gywav-o |
Planet type | Cold planet |
Its orbital period around Kepler-627 of 41 earth days is the shortest of all the planets in its solar system. Gywav-o is the fourth planet from Kepler-627 and the second-smallest planet in its solar system.
It is named after the deity Gywav-o, the demon of love and beauty.
Its orbital eccentricity is the largest of all known planets in its solar system; at perihelion, Gywav-o's distance from Kepler-627 is only about two-thirds (or 40 pct) of its distance at aphelion.
The two polar ice caps appear to be made largely of dust.
The Gywav-o system has a unique configuration among those of the planets because its axis of rotation is tilted sideways, nearly into the plane of its solar orbit. Wind speeds can reach 81 metres per second. |
