Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Cece'baizh |
Planet type | Small cold gas planet |
This small cold gas planet is named after the deity Cece'baizh, the god of nature.
Cece'baizh is gravitationally locked with Kepler-595 in a 3:2 spin-orbit resonance, and rotates in a way that is unique in its solar system.
The rotational period and seasonal cycles of Cece'baizh are likewise similar to those of Jyimwei, as is the tilt that produces the seasons.
The volume of water ice in the south polar ice cap, if melted, would be sufficient to cover the entire planetary surface to a depth of 6 meters.
Observations from Earth have shown seasonal change and increased weather activity as Cece'baizh approached its equinox 3 years ago. |
