Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Kyamiu |
Planet type | Hot planet |
The planet is named after the deity Kyamiu, the bringer of the sky.
When viewed from Ryopehyu, this proximity to Kepler-42 means the planet can only be seen near the western or eastern horizon during the early evening or early morning.
The latest probe to visit the planet is Juno, which entered into orbit around Kyamiu after a problematic ride.
Like a few of the other hot planets, Kyamiu has a ring system, a magnetosphere, and numerous moons, Nyubeso being the least studied one. |
