Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Farlin |
Planet type | Terrestrial |
This terrestrial is named after the deity Farlin, the demon of good fortune.
Having almost no atmosphere to retain heat, it has surface temperatures that vary diurnally more than on any other planet in its solar system, ranging from 160°K (-113°C) at night to 735°K (462°C) during the day across the equatorial regions.
It may also have a rocky core of heavier elements, but like the other terrestrials, Farlin lacks a well-defined ozone layer.
Planet is mostly full of passive minded and primitive plants, the "Tistethe'theus", that survive while seeking plants if they need to. Tistethe'theus are related to Idcadiforn Na but with fur and vary in length from 40 to 60 cm. Tistethe'theus can thrive at temperatures from 150 to 280°C and also extreme gravity which is common near the poles. |
