Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Rokiode |
Planet type | Cold planet |
It is the coldest planetary atmosphere in its solar system, with a minimum temperature of 73°K (-200°C), and has a complex, layered cloud structure with ammonium hydrosulfide (NH4SH) thought to make up the lowest clouds, and water vapor the uppermost layer of clouds.
It may have had oxygen oceans in the past, but these would have vaporized as the temperature rose due to a runaway greenhouse effect. |
Atmosphere | Water vapor | 52% |
Ammonium hydrosulfide (NH4SH) | 15% |
Oxygen | 14% |
Hydrogen peroxide | 11% |
Nitric oxide | 3.9% |
Argon | 3% |
Molecular hydrogen | 0.032% |
