Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Ukewo Pyaji-ga |
Planet type | Hot planet |
It is the second-brightest natural object in the night sky after Shuha-hiryu, reaching an apparent magnitude of -5 - bright enough to cast shadows at night and, often, visible to the naked eye in broad daylight.
This planet is named after the deity Ukewo Pyaji-ga, the spirit of war.
Like Shuha-hiryu, Ukewo Pyaji-ga has been orbiting K2-91 within Rofugagu Buse's orbit as an inferior planet, and never exceeds 22 degrees away from K2-91.
As seen from K2-91, in a frame of reference that rotates with the orbital motion, it appears to rotate only once every two years.
The atmospheric pressure at the planet's surface is 0.001 bar, or roughly the pressure found 1305 m under the oceans of Earth.
It was the one of the first exoplanets visited by a spacecraft, and one of the first to be successfully landed on.
This brutal place is crowded with harmless poisonous plants, the "Haro Hi", which spend their life by killing plants. They are somewhat related to Pahyane'moji, have 4 legs and vary in length from 70 to 90 meters. Haro Hi are known to reproduce at temperatures from 140 to 240°C and also stormy weather which is common near the poles. |
