Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Rubu |
Planet type | Small cold gas planet |
It is named after the deity Rubu, the demon of war.
At this time it may appear as a bright star-like object, but is often far more difficult to observe than Sowa'se.
Rubu's surface appears very rippled and is similar in appearance to the Moon's, indicating that it has been geologically inactive for billions of years.
The atmospheric pressure at the planet's surface is 90 bar, or roughly the pressure found 1260 m under the oceans of Earth. Rubu is shrouded by an opaque layer of highly reflective clouds of sulfuric acid, preventing its surface from being seen from space in visible light.
The latest probe to visit the planet is Pioneer, which entered into orbit around Rubu after a very expensive trip. |
