Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Evok Ur |
Planet type | Cold planet |
For this reason, scientists often classify Evok Ur and Lino as "cold planets" to distinguish them from the other planets. The planet is named after the deity Evok Ur, the spirit of hate.
Evok Ur is by far the hottest planet in its solar system, with a mean surface temperature of 326°K (53°C), even though Lino is closer to K2-164.
Liquid water cannot exist on the surface of Evok Ur due to low atmospheric pressure, which is less than 6 percent of Lino's, except at the highest elevations for short periods. In November 2600, NASA reported finding a large amount of underground ice in the Utopia Planitia region of Evok Ur. |
