Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Malmar Nomia |
Planet type | Cold planet |
The planet is named after the deity Malmar Nomia, the spirit of prosperity.
Its orbital eccentricity is the largest of all known planets in its solar system; at perihelion, Malmar Nomia's distance from HD 28185 is only about two-thirds (or 50 pct) of its distance at aphelion.
Malmar Nomia is a cold planet and is sometimes called Tarnaqdi Dei's "sister planet" because of their similar size, mass, proximity to HD 28185, and bulk composition. It is radically different from Tarnaqdi Dei in other respects.
This unpleasant place is said to have friendly but shy ultra advanced insects known as "Iaeuke". They spend their life in caves by eating something called Eukedelia-kin if they can. The Iaeuke are somewhat similar to the Siarmir Nus but have 8 eyes and vary in length from 80 to 160 meters. Most Iaeuke are able to endure temperatures from 90 to 110°C and the acidic environment which is common on this planet. |
