Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Ryago |
Planet type | Cold planet |
The planet is named after the deity Ryago, the bringer of war.
Like Byonu, Ryago has been orbiting HD 219139 within Fushuu's orbit as an inferior planet, and never exceeds 9 degrees away from HD 219139.
The Ryago system has a unique configuration among those of the planets because its axis of rotation is tilted sideways, nearly into the plane of its solar orbit. In 1887, images from Wayfinder 8 showed Ryago as an almost featureless planet in visible light, without the cloud bands or storms associated with the other cold planets.
The surface of this inhospitable planet is occupied by friendly primitive insects called the "Bisoto-gyoka". They survive on the surface by hunting a substance called "Yoroyo" They are not similar to the Bupa-miha-mu, have 2 arms and vary in size from 40 to 90 meters. Bisoto-gyoka can survive temperatures from 160 to 190°C and to some degree intense weather. |
