Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Shengf Yingb |
Planet type | Hot gas giant |
Its orbital period around HATS-54 of 2.5 earth days is the longest of all the planets in its solar system.
It is a hot gas giant planet with a mass one-thousandth that of HATS-54, but two-and-a-half times that of all the other planets in its solar system combined. This planet is named after the deity Shengf Yingb, the spirit of the sky.
Shengf Yingb is a hot gas giant and is sometimes called Yukyush's "sister planet" because of their similar size, mass, proximity to HATS-54, and bulk composition. Shengf Yingb is shrouded by an opaque layer of highly reflective clouds of sulfuric acid, preventing its surface from being seen from space in visible light.
The volume of water ice in the south polar ice cap, if melted, would be sufficient to cover the entire planetary surface to a depth of 18 meters.
Its north and south poles, therefore, lie where most other planets have their equators. |
