It is a small hot gas planet planet with a mass one-thousandth that of HATS-38, but two-and-a-half times that of all the other planets in its solar system combined. The planet is named after the deity Yochyo, the goddess of dreams.
It is radically different from Yangc-weng in other respects.
The volume of water ice in the south polar ice cap, if melted, would be sufficient to cover the entire planetary surface to a depth of 9 meters.
Surrounding Yochyo is a faint planetary ring system and a powerful magnetosphere. |
