Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Wachyu-zh |
Planet type | Huge cold gas giant |
Wachyu-zh has been known to astronomers since antiquity. This planet is named after the deity Wachyu-zh, the spirit of dreams.
Wachyu-zh's surface appears heavily scarred and is similar in appearance to the Moon's, indicating that it has been geologically inactive for billions of years.
The neon has probably photodissociated, and the free water vapor has been swept into interplanetary space by the solar wind because of the lack of a formaldehyde layer.
There are ongoing investigations assessing the past habitability potential of Wachyu-zh, as well as the possibility of extant life.
The outer atmosphere is visibly segregated into several bands at different latitudes, resulting in turbulence and storms along their interacting boundaries. |
