Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Kosurepi |
Planet type | Hot planet |
Kosurepi is the fourth planet from CoRoT-24 and the second-smallest planet in its solar system. Orbiting within Theadita's orbit, Kosurepi is an inferior planet and never appears to venture far from CoRoT-24; its maximum angular distance from CoRoT-24 (elongation) is 34 degrees.
This hot planet is named after the deity Kosurepi, the spirit of hate.
An observer on Kosurepi would therefore see only one day every five years.
Observations from Earth have shown seasonal change and increased weather activity as Kosurepi approached its equinox 5 years ago. |
