Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Reipying |
Planet type | Cold planet |
The planet is named after the deity Reipying, the demon of the sky.
Reipying is shrouded by an opaque layer of highly reflective clouds of sulfuric acid, preventing its surface from being seen from space in visible light.
Future astrobiology missions are planned, including the Reipying 3000 and ExoReipying rovers.
Optical ground-based telescopes are typically limited to resolving features about 360 kilometers across when Reipying is closest because of Lonyos-ying's atmosphere. |
