Fictional info (?) |
Suggested name | Wogemone'i |
Planet type | Cold planet |
It is named after the deity Wogemone'i, the creator of fear.
Two spacecraft have visited Wogemone'i: Wayfinder 4 flew by 32 years ago; and Messenger, launched 14 years ago, orbited Wogemone'i over 125 times in four years before exhausting its reactor and crashing into the planet's atmosphere 7 years later.
Wogemone'i is shrouded by an opaque layer of highly reflective clouds of sulfuric acid, preventing its surface from being seen from space in visible light.
The rotational period and seasonal cycles of Wogemone'i are likewise similar to those of Zube-hine Za, as is the tilt that produces the seasons. |
